I love the floating feeling I have after reading your Magpie ~ planning a trip to Italy next summer and this provided a lot of inspiration! Happy New Year.
Wonderful! This brought back memories of Florence in June of '78. The damp early morning chill, and a quiet walk to find hot coffee before the tourist crowds sullied the streets. Memories for certain!
Italian leather is luxury, and the smell of any leather puts the sense memory into gear, but gloves from Florence were sprinkled with magic dust and essence of fine wine; a lovely piece, and a nice take on Tess's prompt.
